Do you think it is necessary for one football player to lose weight? I am not sure about this question as I have no idea about the meaning for one player to do that. Personally speaking, I am not on this side. But it is a fact that Albert Haynesworth, the Washington Redskins defensive tackle, has trimmed down and plans to be in top shape for the start of the team’s training camp that is to be held later this month. According to Haynesworth’s trainer, Haynesworth has shed 32 pounds, which is the reason why he missed the Redskins’ offseason activities.
According to Smith, the player aims to make his critics on the field in 2010 silent. Smith also said that Haynesworth never hopes to let anyone down although he is very business-minded. He could not stand everyone around him or not are talking about him. However, I think he is good enough. He has been a two-time All Pro in Redskins jerseys. Although he has disillusioned with the team’s switch to a 3-4 defense, he will be present for the start of camp on July 29. It seems that Albert won’t find another team in the near future.
